  • Water consumption- water plays a hero role to our lives, it detox all the impurities and helps in letting the out from our body. It keeps our skin hydrated. So keep drinking enough water in your quarantine days. drink minimum three litres of water to get blemishes free skin.
       
  • Diet- adding such food or food products having essential vitamins and minerals can help you to get healthy skin. like Salad, vitamin C rich fruits, milk, green, vegetables, juices, vitamin supplements etc.
                                       
  •  food for acne free skin- garlic, avocado, mint leaves, watermelon, mango, cucumber tomato and beetroot. they helps our skin to fight with acne.

  • Sleep factor- sleep is an essential factor for healthy skin, it minimizes chances of darkcircles, restore and helps in rejuvinating the skin. when you are sleep deprived your body starts more stress hormone cortisol that leads increased stress and hurts your skin's quality. Sleep of minimum eight hours is required for healthier skin.

Masks for different skin types

 face masks are one of the most popular skincare now a days. the right face mask helps in hydrating skin, remove excess oil, dirt and help improving skin pores. You can try different masks for different skin problems. Below are some face masks you can try at home-

  1. Fuller's earth(multani mitti)face pack:- Multani mitti is used for oily skin. it is a potent healing clay with active ingredients which absorbs impurities, sweat, dirt and oilfrom the clogged pores of your skin. it is easily available at home and have excellent property that reduces blemishes and dark spots. 
 
         Ingredients required-
  • Multani mitti powdwer
  • Honey
  • Water
       Procedure- add honey in multani mitti piwdwer then add some amount of water to get a paste. apply this pack on face and leave for 15 minutes. after 15 min. rinse the pack with water.

     2. Cucumber face pack:-cucumber gives cooling and hydrating effect. 
     
        Ingredients required- 
  • 1cucumber
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
       Procedure- 
         first peel and mash the cucumber, add sugar in it and apply this pack on the face and leave it for 15 minutes rinnse the pack by using cold water.

     3. Aloevera face pack for dry skin- it hydrates and rejuvinates the skin. aloevera is antioxidant, antiiflammatory, moisturizing  and healing properties.

       Ingredients required-

  • Fresh aloevera gel
  • Honey
       Procedure- mix both aloevera gel with and honey, apply this on your face and leave for 15 minutes than rinse with water.



    4. Curd face pack for dry skin- curd is rich in healthy sats and skin exfoliating acids, which get rid  of dry and flaky skin. curd is also helpful in removing sun tan.
      
       Ingredients required- 
  • Curd
  • Turmeric
  • Honey
      Procedure- mix all ingredients and make a smooth paste, apply this paste on all over the face and rinse it after 15 minutes.

    5. Banana face pack for dry skin- banana has moisturising, anti-aging and anti-wrinkle properties.
     
        Ingredients required-
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon honey 
       Procedure- Mesh the banana and add honey in it, apply this paste on to the face and rinse ater 20 minutes.
